Isengard Explosive Mines & Uruks

I wonder why the explosion is so high up in the air. Is it a mine thrower?
The rest looks good.

The rest looks good.
You'll see in the video, it does make sense and looks very natural and fluent. There is also a blast wave to the sides which you can see in the back of one of the screenshots.
