Re: Gundabad Wargs
As much as I don't mind the look of the goblin spider-riders, spider riders are never mentioned in the books or seen in the movies, they're just a way to give the Goblin faction a mounted unit. Which is fine since it's not that out of the question, but gundabad wargs canonically make more sense I think. The only problem is that Isengard already uses mounted wargs, so it might be too similar to also have Gundabad wargs. I personally suggest unmounted spider units for the Goblin faction.
There's talk of strange folk abroad...
Re: Gundabad Wargs
For Angmar cavalry (and goblins maybe). It could also replace the wild warg lairs in regions where they make more sense.

Re: Gundabad Wargs
I always understood Tolkiens wargs to be large wolves. These look more like a normal wolf than Jacksons so I like them.Solethria wrote: ↑Fri Feb 15, 2019 10:02 amAs you already know, there are two kinds of wargs depicted in the films: the wargs of Isengard and the Gundabad ones. Isengard wargs will have their appearance taken from The Two Towers. How would you like to see Gundabad wargs implemented in the game?

Re: Gundabad Wargs
the wargs seen in the hobbit should not be summoned by angmar commanders as well as orcs but should be base cavalry and base infantry evovable from the troll and wolf lair as standard battalions and take their own upgrades and upgrades from it. for the commander by angmar removed the orcs and wolf knights or already in mind two new united to replace them: group of disillusioned and bone-breaking giants (the my skin is still in progress) thanks

Re: Gundabad Wargs
I liked the TT version much better. But really they should appear as large wild wolves.
