I don't think there shouldn't be any general passive movement speed buffs in the game. Nice ideas, but I think that Shelob should get Poisoned Sting at lower level. I am not good in bfme but I always think about Shelob as anti-hero unit. I probably get it from film where Shelob fought only with Frodo and Sam. I can see Shelob fight with one or two heroes but not fight against batalio...
